Interesting, my empire game is fairly new and I wasn’t able to play it last night, but I found expanding north so easy I couldn’t help myself. Now I’m worried about when the chaos events start «Life is like a box of chocolates.

I’ve been trying to play as Empire on very hard and I can’t figure out where to expand early. After I take the initial province I’ve been trying to attack Marienburg, but they can create at least as many units as I can and just hang out in their capital.
How to expand with Empire? I’m having a lot of trouble with expanding, defending and purge the corruption on the Empire. I build walls but i can’t afford military buildings outside altdorf because i have 2 full armies, my provinces will increase their corruption even if there are my agents/lords with the corruption reduction ability.
