Jan 19, 2010 · None of the shotguns in that game are realistic. You simply can’t silence a shotgun either, too much gas would escape from the barrel if you were firing shot pellets, the only way it would work is if you fired a slug, but the slugs would have to be rifled, and so would the barrel.

And you’ll want to be careful firing full power loads through it, since as an older black powder firearm, and with this ones particular design, the frame may not be as strong as you’d like.
